Counselors

Ashley Cygnarowicz, LPC

I have been working in the counseling field since completing graduate school in May of 2009.  I follow the approach of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), value the importance of overall health, and utilize a variety of different techniques to help facilitate your progress with your individual treatment goals.

Through my years of practice, I have gained both experience and knowledge working in a variety of settings including homes, schools, agencies, and private practice. This has also provided me with the opportunity to work with many different diagnoses and age spans as well. I have conducted group therapy for children and adults, offered parenting classes to provide behavior modification techniques, and have received extensive training in the trauma field, including certification as a First Responder Counselor from Academy Hour. These varying experiences have allowed me to increase my clinical skills and it is this unique skill set that I would like to share with you during your journey to a healthier you.
